Neighborhood Watch
Kai Makani is a close-knit community where we watch out for each other. As part of this commitment, we maintain a neighborhood watch program and report suspicious activity to the Maui police department. We have various security measures in place including CCTV. If you are a Kai Makani resident and see any suspicious activity please notify the site manager of the details and/or call 911 depending on the urgency.

7/16/23: Pool Closure! We will be doing maintenance on our pool and spa from Sunday 7/16 evening and plan to reopen the pool and spa by Wednesday 7/19 if not sooner. Thank you for your patience.
